Shipping policy

Cielo by Celine currently only ships domestic. In the event that we are unable to ship to you, we will contact you asap and your order will be held until we are able to ship again.

Merchandise

All of our Cielo By Celine items will be packaged and shipped within seven days and mailed through USPS Standard shipping. Shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays is not available. All orders placed during after hours, on a weekend or holiday,  will be processed and shipped the following business day. Items are packaged in the seasonal Cielo by Celine packaging personalized packaging.

To avoid shipping delays, please ensure billing information is correct at the time of checkout. Please contact us ASAP if a confirmation is not received.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Domestic shipping is available through USPS. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, an $7 flat rate ground shipping (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands) If under a pound, shipping will be $7
