Returns & Exchanges are accepted for items received within 3 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges requested past 3 days of delivery will be reviewed by our team & accommodated on a case by case basis. E-Gift Cards are delivered via email & contain instructions
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details, descriptions, and sizing before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before placing your order, as all sales are final.
Additionally, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately , 3 Days Time Frame to let us know if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To evaluate the issue, we will request clear photos and additional information to determine if the item qualifies for a return due to a manufacturer defect or fulfillment error.
If approved, we will issue store credit and require the item to be sent back. We will cover the shipping costs for returns related to manufacturer defects or incorrect items. Please note that we bring in new products in limited quantities, so an exact replacement may not always be available at the time of your request.
Processing times for returns and exchanges may be delayed during weekends and holidays, which could affect response times and shipping schedules.
Additional Policies & Protections
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to claim the package, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Refused / Unclaimed Packages
Orders that are refused or unclaimed upon delivery will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as we begin processing orders immediately.
Natural Disasters & Unforeseen Circumstances
Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events are out of our control and may affect shipping and processing times.
Limited Liability for Third-Party Carriers
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly for claims regarding lost or delayed shipments.
Wear & Tear Disclaimer
Normal wear and tear, including tarnishing, scratches, or damage caused by improper care or handling, are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Chargeback & Fraud Prevention
Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes will be legally contested. Customers should contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a dispute.
